I grew up in the service station business, starting at age twelve, as my dad’s right hand man. After high school, I attended Montana State University, and earned an Air Force ROTC scholarship. In 1972 I graduated with a business degree, and was commissioned into the United States Air Force. Pilot training followed graduation. I earned my wings in 1973, and proudly served as a C-130 “Hercules” pilot until 1978. While in the Air Force, I continued my interest in business, and attained a Master of Arts in business. Many airline opportunities were available in 1978 when I separated from the Air Force. Delta Air Lines offered me a flying job, and I accepted. After 34 years and 19,000 hours of flying world wide, I retired from aviation as an international B-767ER Line Check Airman, training and evaluating pilots flying to Europe, Central, and South America. I have too much energy to retire, and I’m intrigued with the car wash business. I joined Roger Pencek at Car Wash Brokers. I look forward to meeting, and working with folks, with my feet on the ground.
